This is the dedicated prescription request number. You can leave your request for repeat prescriptions on an answering machine at any time. Please allow us 48 working hours to process your request before calling to collect the prescription at your nominated pharmacy. During this Coronavirus outbreak we will ask you to agree a pharmacy we can send your prescription to. This allows us to reduce direct patient contact for infection control. As The pharmacies are also busy we are allowing repeat prescriptions to be ordered earlier than the normal 28 days.
REDUCE SOCIAL CONTACT - STOP THE SPREAD .
If you need to speak to a receptionist about a prescription, please try to ring after 10:30 am to leave the lines free for patients needing to make urgent requests. Urgent prescriptions (acutes) may be available by close of same day.
